Booking Amendment Instructions

Modified on Tue, 14 Nov 2023 at 04:51 PM

We understand that travel plans can change, and we’re here to help you through it.

We’re On Your Side:

We’re committed to doing our best to secure a refund for you. Please understand that securing a refund for a non-refundable booking is not a guarantee. While we’re committed to advocating on your behalf, please know that the final decision lies with our travel partners.

If we’re successful, a $30 USD amendment fee will apply. Rest assured, there’s no fee if we can’t secure your refund.

How to Submit a Ticket:

  1. Secure Hotel Approval: Obtain written confirmation from the hotel permitting a free cancellation. This confirmation should be on the hotel's letterhead and include the full names of the guests, the check-in and check-out dates, and the signature of a hotel staff member.
  2. Navigate to the Ticket Portal: Go to the “Submit a Ticket” section to initiate your request.
  3. Provide Details: Complete all required fields, including your booking confirmation number B_xxxxxxxx
  4. Attach Confirmation: Upload the written confirmation from the hotel or any other supporting document.
  5. Finalize: Click ‘Submit’ to send your request.

What Happens Next:

  1. Partner Communication: Once your ticket is submitted, we’ll liaise with our travel partners to advocate for your refund.
  2. Stay Informed: You’ll get an email acknowledgment of your request, and we’ll keep you updated on its status.
  3. Processing Time: Expect a resolution within 14 days.
  4. Avoid Delays: Please refrain from submitting additional requests as it could complicate and prolong the process.

Where to Find the “Submit a Ticket” Button:

  • Look for the button in the top-right corner within the Booking Amendment portal.
  • Alternatively, navigate to Home > Submit a Ticket.
